Wouldn't measuring current be as difficult, if not more than measuring bemf?

if you can't capture the back emf during the spaces in the drive pwm, maybe you can deduce it from the emf during the marks of the pwm. To do this you will need to know the mootor current and the internal resistance of the motor. Subtract the current times the resistance from the terminal voltage and this will be the back emf. Incidently, the current is proportional to the motor torque.

Hi all,

Has anybody done any work on bemf control on dc motor?

I'm looking for working circuits or ideas to extract the bemf from the H-bridge. Tried to design one but was not successful. Not as easy as it appears to be. Any help will be appreciated.
