RE: Interesting mouse

If both the wheels are running from the same pinion they must rotate in the same direction, the opposite direction to the pinion!

If both front and rear wheels are driven from the same pinion won't the wheels turn in opposite directions?

Which means there has to be another gearing stage in there somewhere but I can't spot it.
