I believe this mouse drives all four wheels. The motor pinion is placed between the drive wheels and all have a drive gear. It is very quick as well...

According to the blog the mouse weighs 88gms!

I can't figure out the drive scheme - it looks like the rear wheels are the driven wheels and the front wheels are connected to encoders but I can't tell...
