Hi Tony,

I have just finished making the trophies. I shall bring them with me on Saturday.

I am unsure what you want from me on Saturday. Do you want me to bring some scales and some timing gear for F2 and F3? I assume that you will use your excellent F1 timing system and the normal maze timer for F4. Do you have the 25cm square box for ratification?

What are the arrangements for displaying times etc. for the pure schools events? If all else fails, a flip chart and marker will do.

I checked the registrations this morning. I am not there and neither are Highcrest school. I hope this is just a question of admin. catching up.

It might be a good idea to have a chat on the phone. I hope to be available on 01494 813471 most of the time.
