As I understood Martin's suggestion, the wall follower would _not_ require
contact with a wall to find its way around although accidental contact would
be acceptable (after all, full maze solvers do that at times).
And how do we judge against an accidental touch.... Hypothetical
design...mouse works find on straights but always appears to hit the corner
on a 90 degree turn. Accidental or done with the knowledge of the designer?
The wall banger, on the other hand, would _require_ contact with a wall, due
to some mechanical linkage for steering.
So what would happen if it lost contact? Do we penalise it?
It should not be too difficult to distinguish between these two criteria to
