RE: Elliptec Motors



Darn...  Based on the name "Elliptec", I was hoping these 
were a tiny (and affordable) version of harmonic drive motors
such as those available from:

If you're asking "What is harmonic drive?" go here:

then click the "HDT Learning Space" tab at the top, 
then click the "Harmonic Drive" link on the right side.
(The other links there are educational too.  
 Especially see the "Principle of Operation" page.)

If they were inexpensive enough, harmonic drive motors would be 
excellent choices for small robots.
