I went to www.norton.com and got the fix.  It's quick, easy and free.

I had a similar problem.  I opened the email thinking it was micromouse
related.  Then the thing popped up and tried to run.  I noted it was not a
batch file but an EXE.  I ran norton, got a msg that it was the W32 Klez gen
worm.
