RE: Mazes again

What is a good size for a test maze? 5x5 seems a little small to me. If you ignore the issue of how to store the maze and just look for a single piece base. I think having a single piece base is essential for a small test maze.

In the UK B&Q sell 4'x4' 12mm MDF which should be enough to made a 6x6 maze. I have heard that 8'x4' MDF is also available, but I have not checked. I think this would allow a 13x6 maze but is probably to big. I was thinking a 8x6 or 9x6 maze would be a good size.
