Hi Everyone, A couple of people say they have used planed softwood for the walls of a maze. This is not ideal; use 12mm MDF. This is more consistent and stable and you can get it cut off the edges of a piece that becomes the floor of the maze. Our local Homebase DIY stores will cut wood to size and they don't charge for it! When I built my test 8 by 4 maze, they cut me about 50 pieces to the finished wall section size. Regards, Duncan
