Hi Everyone,

	I hope to have some time now to review the rules, so here we go again.

	I want to bring all the prizes together under general instead of scattered
through the rules. I propose the following wording for the moment. This
will need to be upgraded in due course.

						Prizes
In each class, prizes will be given for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places
There are some prizes that are open to mice from all classes. These are
* Most completely described mouse. The judges will take into consideration
the presence of circuit diagrams, partslists, mechanical
drawings/photographs, software listings etc. Information on a website is
better than on paper. 
* Lightest mouse. This must be in ready to run condition including
batteries. The judges may ask for evidence of this before weighing.
* The most novel or entertaining mouse 'micromouse' (judges decision is final)
