MicroMouse 2001
People, your maze awaits (well, Martin's maze actually). We've just
finished laying out the rooms for tomorrow's competition and are looking
forward to seeing you all. Morning coffee is timed for 10:00. I propose
free practice from 9:00, heats at 11:15 and full competition at 14:00, but
as usual we will be flexible. Prizes this year will be mostly of the
wine/chocolate variety unless Alan has been busy milling brass cheeses...
I've also been contacted by quite a few new potential competitors and some
who are actually going to bring mice with them, so we should look forward
to future expansion.
You might like to know that we've started doing schools' events based
around MicroMouse and that the Technogames programmes have a very high
recognition rate amongst the under-12's.
