Easter meeting

Currently I've got the following list of probable overnight stayers (in no
particular order):

Peter Harrison
Chris Walker
Duncan Louttit
Alan Dibley x2
Nick Smith
Martin Smith
Ken Warwick
Derek Hall
Ian Kelly

I can keep the costs down by booking a block of rooms now: the catch is
that if I don't fill them I have to pay for the excess... so I'm not keen
to overbook. I'll be making the block booking next week on
Thursday: please let me know by then if you can whether you need a room. 

If you're not sure don't panic! There will be rooms available right up
until the week before the meeting but they may cost a little extra. 

Along with other people I know about and locals I'm expecting an
attendance of about 20 at the meeting. We can easily accomodate up to
about 40 people so there's plenty of space left.
