I would be interested depending on the date.

I would vote for option B first because it is the simplest option. We have 
the most flexibility to set the date.  Because it is the shortest, it will
be the least difficult for most people to fit into their schedules.  Because
it is the cheapest, it will be the most affordable.

I would vote for option D next because the atmosphere would be nice.

I would vote for option C last because another event around Christmas
is hopeless.

It seems important to understand the purpose of this event.  I assume that
it is to educate ourselves and each other about the art of building 
micromice.
